What are the duties of a medicine cat? : While to most, the medicine cat might seem as just the healer their true duties and purpose goes deeper than that. The main connection between their Clan and StarClan, they are there to listen to the will of their ancestors and push their Clanmates in the right direction to fulfill the path that StarClan has laid out. They are also there to serve as an advisor to not just the leader but anybody who might be lost - one of the main tenets of their code to heal and try to save the life of everybody they can, even if they are from a different Clan. It also falls upon them to lead the apprentices to the Moonstone so that they may speak with StarClan before they get their warriors name and also have a separate meeting once a month where all Medicine Cats gather to share news and speak with StarClan all at once.
What would you do with this position? : Well I would fulfill the duties expected of me, attending medicine cats meetings, doing moonstones when required and posting in any topic where my cat may be needed. I would also hope to bring some variation to the medicine cats already present and honestly just have fun with it and explore my baby boy in a fun way.
Why do you deserve this position? : Deserve is a...Strong word. However, I am a very active RPer who is always looking for more ways to RP with a variation of people and honestly just more topics in general. It has been ages since I have been able to RP a medicine cat and I am well aware of the expectations and what is needed for the role and I am certain I can fulfill them. I am no stranger to having a cat in a high position and I believe I have proven how active I can be, both here and on our sister-site WCC. I will admit that there have been times I failed to uphold such a position but in those days my mental state wasn't the best and with myself being in a much better place, and at least far more comfortable with the idea that I will better communicate if it was ever to take a turn for the worse on that level, I am determined to prove myself and get to RP with everybody.
