Cat Name: Yarrowkit
Gender: She-cat
Appearance: Yarrowkit is large with a long mottled-tortoiseshell pelt. She has a nearly flat face, with yellow, almond shaped eyes, which always seem slightly turned outward from one another. Her head is broad, and her small ears are almost completely hidden by her fluffy coat. She has a stout, long body.
Personality: She likes to think herself mature, but her idea of what maturity means is skewed by her age and lack of experience. Maturity to her is that she doesn’t play any games or partake in anything that she has deemed too “kitten-ish,” which is an arbitrary measurement that changes based on what it is she happens to want to do that day. It also means that, in her idea of what maturity is, she believes she should be listened to as some form of authority. Truly unashamed, she will gladly attempt to give everyone orders, and can become indignant when her word isn’t followed as if it is law.

Yarrowkit is a skilled observationalist, but is often unable to draw an accurate conclusion from what it is she has observed. She’s the sort to be the first to notice a clanmate who continues to send furtive glances to another, but she’ll be the last to realize that said clanmate has a crush. Still, she squirrels away any and all information about her clanmates that she sees, and with time she may further develop this skill into something more usable.

With her bossy attitude and pedantic nature, it would be quite easy for her to be viewed as annoying to her clanmates, but Yarrowkit is not without her positive attributes. She has a detached approach to life, and as a result of this during tense or stressful situations she can keep a level head and take in all of the information that one more-involved may miss. Her diligence means she will always be willing to volunteer herself for a job in need of doing, even one considered more unpleasant to her clanmates, and that she can be depended upon to do it correctly. To keep busy, she will often try to swipe tasks that can be done in camp from the apprentices.
