I said yes because he is willing to change his ways, plus he’s still pretty young and hasn’t done anything bad since being monitored in Skyclan.

Hawkflight votes with exile/kill - she's extremely paranoid about her apprentices even if they might like him, and if he can't control his ability to kill, then she wants her clanmates as safe as possible and should be brought to justice. Eye for an eye in her mind.
