Ranking CC

Howdy there! So I noticed it said you're supposed to get CC for ranking up. Does it mean like kit to apprentice ranking, or NAW to YW ranking, or both? How do you, uh, I don't know, request your ranking money? Obviously with proof, but where? With what form?

i apologize for the lack of specificity; it's only for moving up ranks as a warrior (NAW to YW etc) as an incentive for people to keep warriors around for longer! we'll get a form in place for that as soon as possible :>

Another CC-related question, every topic gets you 5 CC, while replies give you 3 CC.
I know it means your replies, but does that also include replies to topics you create? I don't believe so, but I'd just like the further clarification (as the wording in the Store list, forms, and currency is confusing)

it's just replies that you write yourself, not credit for other peoples posts :>
