Clan Cat Prefixes

We value the freedom of creativity here on FOTW, but we are a semi-traditional when it comes to Clan cat names.

It's not a long list, but we do not allow the following prefixes for Clan cats:

• Clan names such as Wind, Thunder, River, Shadow, and Sky.
  
• Human names for seasons (eg. winter, spring, summer, autumn)
  
• Mythological terms (eg. demon, angel, devil, dragon, etc.)
  
• Fruit and vegetable names (eg. Strawberry, Pumpkin, Grapefruit, Carrot, etc.)
  
  

These rules, of course, don't apply to kittypets or loners, who can be named whatever you so choose as long as it's appropriate (eg. don't call your kittypet Hitler please). In reference to animals, we'd prefer if you chose prefix names based on animals found in England (the canonical location of the forest), but this is not a definite no, there is wiggle room as long as it's not something too outlandish. Just don't go too crazy and you'll likely be approved.
