The position of Deputy for ShadowClan is now CLOSED.

However, this particular round of applications is opening under slightly unusual circumstances!


Due to personal reasons, Fly has decided to kill off Firestar and allow Icee to take over with Magpiewing- however, ShadowClan currently has no free Warriors to take on the position of Deputy, and is suffering from a particularly hard round of inactivity. In an attempt to solve both of these issues, Staff has come up with a little plan! For anyone potentially interested in applying for this position, here's how this application round will run :


STAFF WILL BE USING THIS APPLICATION ROUND TO INTRODUCE A NEW RULE : In light of our struggle to reliably fill Higher-Ranking positions on the site [which are critical to the overall function of our roleplay] we are nulling the 'Only one Higher-Ranking position per user' rule for the foreseeable future. Users will now be able to hold two Higher-Ranking positions at once [but it can't be Deputy + Deputy / Leader + Leader, you can't double-stack two positions of the same rank]. Use this power responsibly!


- If you currently have a ShadowClan cat, but it is a Kit/Apprentice : You will be allowed to apply for the position, but the character will be automatically ranked up to the appropriate age of an adult Warrior.
- If you currently do NOT have a ShadowClan cat : You will be given the chance to create an adult Warrior for free, without having to purchase a character slot. You just need to fill out a creation, and once it's accepted you're good to go.
- Here's the Catch : For those of you interested in creating an adult ShadowClan cat to apply for the position of Deputy, you will not be allowed to null this character if you aren't selected for the position. You will be expected to use this character regularly. For those of you who apply with an aged-up Kit/Apprentice and are not selected, you will be allowed to keep this cat as an adult under the condition of using them on a regular basis!
- AS FAR AS DEPUTY APPLICATIONS GO : Deputy Applications will also be temporarily free for this free-for-all blitz round. There's no need to worry about CC for this entire event.
