As a follow-up to the staff changes imposed by Seer, as your new admin I will be making the following changes in order to hopefully encourage more activity on-site!

• Higher ranks will be experiencing a huge shakedown. Night [Lichenstar] has been removed from the position of RiverClan leader due to poor activity, and Seer [Brindlestar] will be stepping down as WindClan leader. RiverClan deputy applications will open as normal.
  
  
• WindClan apprentices that seek to apply for deputy may rank up to warrior for free. A ceremony is not required, but if you would like a courtesy ceremony, please DM Oryx.
  
  
• ShadowClan cats still seeking the position of deputy should reply to their original application to verify that they are still interested in the position.
  
  
• Due to the lack of full Medicine Cats, Medicine Cat apprentices in clans without a full Medicine Cat will be able to skip prerequisites to rank up.
  
  
• Disboard bumps will be reduced to 2 CC per bump, in order to curb the inflation that has occurred with the old 20CC system combined with the site's inactivity.
