What are the duties of a medicine cat? : Well, where do I even begin?
- A medicine cat must perform to the best of their abilities to treat the wounds of their clan-mates
- Alongside physical needs, a cat may need mental healing as well, because some wounds cannot be treated with salves
- To interpret the signs and prophecies given by Starclan
- They may need to act as a consult for deputies and leaders
- Medicine cats should do their best to keep their herb stores up, and their dens clean, tidy, and rotated to ensure the use of all herbs
- To be ready to take care of long term patients, like elders or cats with disabilities that may severely impact their day to day life
- They must attend moonstone meetings with other medicine cats every half-moon
- They must bring apprentices on their moonstone journeys so that they receive their advice as needed to grow into strong warriors
- They may try to mentor other MCA's if they are without a mentor
- Medicine cats need not worry for clan boundaries for they themselves are healers and perhaps mediators

I would do my best to complete the tasks above to the best of my ability, and my best to be active and as frequent as a poster as I can be!
Why do you deserve this position? :
I wouldn't say I'd deserve it, but I think I'd be a prime candidate for it, since so far I've been very active with my other character, Beetlepaw, and don't really intend to split myself further with more characters in which to divide my attention.
