If you are a member of Higher Ranks (Leaders, Deputies, MC/As), you are held to a higher standard on FOTW. Though the goal of the site is to have fun, to ensure smooth sailing, we have expectations on the roleplayers that hold these positions. Failure to adhere to these expectations may lead to your removal from that position.

General Rules
1. Users may hold up to TWO Higher-Ranking positions at a time. Due to our admittedly small amount of users, we are currently allowing users to hold two Higher-Ranking positions in hopes of keeping our Clans functioning. You will not be allowed to double-stack Higher-Ranking positions [meaning a user can't be Deputy of ShadowClan, and also Deputy of RiverClan at the same time/Medicine Cat of WindClan, and also Medicine Cat of ThunderClan at the same time/etc]. This rule is temporary, and will hopefully be phased out at a later date.

2. You are expected to be active. This means posting regularly on the site in a reasonable time-frame. Obviously the term "reasonable timeframe" is subjective, but basically, if it's a plot important topic that cannot progress without you, and you are continually unable to post, your suitability for the position will be in question.

3. Do more than the bare minimum. Please don't just be a ceremony/moonstone trip making bot, please actually engage with your clanmates. Also as a higher ranked RPer, we hope you will be the one to encourage newer members to roleplay. It's always nice when you're new and someone experienced is willing to take time out to RP something casual with you.

4. All ceremonies/moonstone trips should follow standardized titles. E.g. ______'s Apprentice Ceremony, _______'s Moonstone Trip, etc.

Leader specific expectations.
1. Warrior/Elder ceremonies are your responsibility. Please make them without too much delay, and post in them regularly. Copy-pasting is fine, but try change up a few details to make it personalised.

2. Only one warrior/elder per ceremony. Of course if roleplayers wish for a combined topic, this is allowed. But in general, it's one per character.

3. Keep allegiances up to date. But only once a ceremony is complete, may you alter a character's name/rank etc.

4. Lead your clan to gatherings each Full Moon. If you cannot due to personal circumstances, it is on you to arrange for your deputy or another warrior to do it in your stead.

5. Post in all activity checks.

Deputy specific expectations.
1. Apprentice ceremonies are your responsibility. Please make them without too much delay, and post in them regularly. Copy-pasting is fine, but try change up a few details to make it personalised.

2. Only one apprentice per ceremony. Of course if roleplayers wish for a combined topic, this is allowed. But in general, it's one per character.

3. Keep allegiances up to date. But only once a ceremony is complete, may you alter a character's name/rank etc.

4. Be prepared to take over the clan in the Leader's absence. Your primary job is to assist leaders in handling plots, managing the clan. But in the worst case scenario, you will end up leader if something happens to your leader. Be prepared to lead your clan at any moment.

5. Post in all activity checks.

Medicine Cat specific expectations.
1. Moonstone trips for apprentices are your responsibility. Please make them without too much delay, and post in them regularly. Copy-pasting some elements is fine, but try change up a few details to make it personalised.

2. Only one apprentice per moonstone trip. Of course if roleplayers wish for a combined topic, this is allowed. But in general, it's one per character.

3. Newly ranked up Medicine Cats get only one month without an MCA. After this grace period, you gotta take on an MCA.

4. Post in Medicine Clan meetings. Interact with your fellow MCs, MC's aren't bound to the warrior code that forbids too close friendships. Also feel free to request prophecies to further plots.

5. Post in all activity checks.
