Oops (solo)

Hailpaw leaped from tree to tree, the sun shining off of his white pelt. All seemed well in the forest. All seemed quiet and peaceful. All seemed nice.

That was, until an owl swooped down from above. Hailpaw hissed and unsheathed his claws. Where did that thing come from? He wondered. No time to wonder about that right now.

Hailpaw snapped his teeth at the owl while slashing his claws around, managing to hit quite a bit. "Take that you piece of foxdung!" Hailpaw growled.

The owl swooped down again and almost seemed to tackle Hailpaw, nearly knocking Hailpaw off of the treebranch. Luckily Hailpaw held on to the branch.

After a bit of struggling, the owl let go. Hailpaw ran off into the safety of the ground, back towards camp.

Hailpaw ran away! (Because hes a wimp)
