Under Twilight Skies {Plot Concept}

-Phase 1-
At her first gathering, Bella meets Jacob and builds a friendship with him. Here is where she also first briefly encounters Edward (a well-known warrior but doesn't actively engage with him. He notices her and instantly is drawn to her. One or two gatherings pass, she tries to talk him and he actively avoids her. Jacob and her further build their friendship during this time.

-Phase 2-
During a patrol near their shared border, Bella is almost attacked by a Raccoon when hunting. Edward sees and saves her. He disappears shortly after without saying anything. The next gathering she ignores Jacob and confronts Edward. They finally talk for the first time and he asks her to meet him at fourtrees in two moonrises. Jacob overhears and confronts her about this; she brushes him off and all three go back to their respective clans.

-Phase 3-
Bella meets Edward at Fourtrees like he asks. Here, they finally talk and he confesses he has been avoiding her because he loves her and they can't be together. She reciprocates this love and they decide that it is worth it to chance their love. The two speak at gatherings, Jacob initially vying for her attention and then growing resentful and starting to ignore her. Edward and Bella sneak out regularly.

-Phase 4-
After not seeing him at the last gathering (due to him being asked to stay home and defend the clan), Bella crosses into Edward's Clan's territory. She is caught and severely beat up by the patrol that finds her. Edward finds out about this and decides it is his fault. He breaks of the relationship and stops attending gatherings after telling her that he plans to do this, fearing she will be hurt worse in the future. She begins to turn her affections to Jacob again after not talking to him for a while, but has no intention of pursuing a relationship with him despite him still being in love with her. She limits their meetings to gatherings and once a moon otherwise.

-Phase 5-
A patrol battle breaks out between Edward and Bella's clans. One she-cat dies. He hears this and believes it to be Bella. Thinking he plans to do something recklessly stupid in an attempt to die himself. Bella learns that he thinks she's dead (through one of Edward's friends/family who knows about them). She risks her life to cross the border once more. He realizes she is alive and they decide to be together once more. One of the two clan leaders allows them to be together in one clan. Jacob is sad.

-Phase 6-
Jacob and Bella's relationship is strained. She tries to talk to him but he is still angry. Edward is jealous and doesn't like her talking to Jacob. She gets pregnant with Edward's kits. First litter doesn't make it, MC says she might not be able to have kits. Bella gets pregnant again, still, which angers Jacob further over Edward's irresponsibility. This causes tensions between the two toms. They break into a fight at the gathering. Bella's second litter is born, one kit survives. Jacob falls in love with the kit. Everyone lives happily ever after.
