Wobbling around on unsteady, untested legs, Owlkit studied the veins in her legs with her bright kit-blue eyes. She had opened them only a few days ago, but was scared to go out of the nursery. Eventually, one of the queens had just nosed her out, and she was sitting, mulling around the camp uncertainly. Some might've enjoyed the opportunity to explore, but Owlkit was not one of those cats, and simply sat down just outside of the nursery, glancing uncertainly around. Sinking into a mass of shaky limbs, the kit was thankful for the relief that laying down brought her. Short tail just long enough to hide her nose, Owlkit simply observed the camp, not really wanting to be outside but having no choice.

Tinykit sat outside in the pleasant sunshine. She watched the camp from the sidelines, staring at the hustle and bustle of the cats as well as the first steps of the little kitties outside. Tinykit had also taken her first steps outside some time ago, so it was fun to watch the performance of others. She looked at the seemingly uncertain little one who was lying still. That one didn't seem to be in her comfort zone. Tinykit took small, careful steps towards the tabby kitten. "Hey," she almost whispered. "It's a little different outside here, isn't it?"
