A stubby, solid chocolate brown tail flicked with agitation as the molly rolled onto her back, paws batting at the air. She was so bored! Her mother had gone back to warrior duties lately, leaving the young she-kit without someone to bother for praise and attention. Her lack of siblings was strong felt in times like this, when she eventually flopped back onto her side to glance around the ravine. Lynxkit was under strict instruction to not bother any cat, no matter how tempting it was, or how bored she was; lest she incur her mothers wrath once more. She had yet to make any friends her age, the semi recent event of Silkkit's death had tamed the normally rambunctious den, and no other kit had yet to match up to her standards. Huffing a sigh, the sixth in a rather short period of time, she rested her head on her paws and waited for something to happen. Anything to happen.

The tabby slunk through the moss, his tail flicking as his eyes intently watched a slightly fluttering leaf. Bunching his stubby legs, he leaped forward to catch it. He was off by just a bit..landing on she-kit. He leaped away, muttering. He turned to the kit, flicking his tail. "Sorry about that." He meowed simply.
"Your..whats your name again?" He asked, cocking his head in forgetfulness. Completely unaware of what had happened outside the nursery.

A squeak left her jaws and her fur bushed out as she rounded on the tom, hackles raising and ears flicking back as a wave of terror crashed over her small form. Her chest ached as she drew in a breath, his weight having momentarily squashed her to the floor and by extension knocking the wind out of her chest. A growl rumbled in her throat as she looked at him, but her fear was quickly replaced with annoyance. "You stupid, daft furball! You're too big to go jumping around camp like that!" Lynxkit hissed, glad for the lack of warriors nearby as she unleashed a portion of her embarrassment driven fury on the other kit. "That hurt," she mumbled after a moment, relaxing her anger as she realised how unnecessary it was. You could at least apologise though," the molly said ruefully, while she could acknowledge its lack of importance she was still insistent on receiving some form of compensation.

The tabby flicked his tail. "Who says?" He chimed, sitting down. Not acknowledging her second phrase, he replied to the third, "I said sorry." His ears flicked his tail curling around his paws. "Besides, I still need your name."

Having just returned from a hunting patrol, Valerianroot let out a huff as he gave his fluffy pelt a shake after he set down his kills on the freshkill pile. As the Leafbare season grew closer and closer with every passing sunrise, the days began to grow shorter and the forest prey had already begun making preparations for the colder weather. The rogue situation had seemed to calm down and he wondered what the reason was for them ceasing their attacks on the clans, but he trusted that his father would take care of whatever the deal was with those foxhearts.

Making his way towards the warrior's den and making his way past the nursery, he noticed a couple of kits squabbling back and forth, their mothers clearly not around. He wasn't the greatest with kits seeing as though he wasn't a very... exciting warrior, but that didn't mean he couldn't keep his clanmates from causing trouble amongst themselves.

"I don't think your mothers would enjoy seeing you two fighting," the regal voiced tom mewed, peeking his head into the nursery entrance.
