High flying trouble

Thornpaw was out hunting again with Whitepaw, the ruddy colored Tom enjoying spending time with his close friend, Purring loudly as he rubbed against him after just finishing a good hunting session.

“It’s pretty in Leaf fall here ..” although it would soon be leafbare come a few more days . He fluffed out his thick coat, “although I’m not to much of a fan of the cold “ he chuckled going to unbury a mouse he caught .

Whitepaw was padding along side thornpaw with a smile on his face. The two apprentices have been busy so didn't really spend much time together like they used to. It was good to get out and enjoy the day without stressing about the care of the clan.

Whitepaw looked over to thornpaw and nuzzled into the tom's neck. "Its still not as breath taking as you though." He mewed into the brown tom's fur. As leafbare was nearing the two cats were starting to grow out their winter fur so that meant both of them were getting quite fluffy for the harsh cold leafbare always brung. "We should enjoy the day for we don't know when we can do this again." He mewed and started walking again.

Thornpaw purred loudly and nuzzled him back twining his tail with his, “the clan shouldn’t be expecting us back for a while, so all right let’s just enjoy this “ he licked his cheek. It was a peaceful day.. he felt so glad to be a windclan cat here with his Close friend maybe more then friend Whitepaw.

Whitepaw loved being with Thornpaw and even though they were both toms he always pictured raising a kit with the tom. Whitepaw was walking by thornpaw's side all the way to the area they were going to hunt in. "do you want to go first?" He asked with a challenge look in his eyes.
