A Swift lily (Closed)

Swiftpaw padded over towards her sister in the apprentice den. She nudged her and pointed her tail outside as she wanted to go hunt with her. It’s been a while since the two sister hung out since if one was done training their mentor took the other one out.

Lilypaw smiled as her sister approached her. ”Hi Swiftpaw. What do you want to do?” she asked.

She motioned her tail outside of camp and looked back at lilypaw with the new word she learned. “Hunt.” she mewed smiling.

Lilypaw nodded. ”Ok, we can hunt.”She started to walk out of camp, checking to make Swiftpaw was behind her. She stood, waiting for her sister to reach her in a clearing.

Swiftpaw came padding after her sister with excitement shinning in her eyes. She couldn’t wait to show lily what HawkFlight had taught her.

Lilypaw looked around, catching the scent of a small bird. She looked around for it, and seeing it, crept up quietly, then pounced, trying to grip onto it. It slipped out form under her grasp, flying away. She sighed.

Swiftpaw noticed a squirrel in a tree and ran up after it. She jumped from her branch to the squirrels. She landed right on it and killed it with one bite before jumping down from the tree.

Lilypaw saw a small rabbit hopping along. Quietly, she crept up, and once she was directly behind it, she lunged at it. She caught i it, and bit its neck, killing it. She smiled at her prey, proud of her achievement.

Swiftpaw nodded in approval at her sister before catching the scent of a bird. She didn’t know what bird but she got into the hunters crouch and stalked it. When she was close enough she pounced....

Swiftpaw caught it and killed it with one bite to the neck.

Lilypaw smiled. ”Nice job!” she smiled. As she saw a red breast flicker by, she tried to catch a robin.She caught it, smiling.

Swiftpaw nudged her sister then motioned to camp with a yawn.

Lilypaw noddded, and started to head back to camp. It was getting late, and they needed to rest.
