Sibling Spat [closed]

The rain had just soaked the WindClan camp, leaving the ground damp, but with a fresh scent- and leaving all the cats who lived on there grumpy, with wet, sodden pelts. Rockpaw was rather content- anything was better than the biting wind he'd felt on his first day on the moor. The rain had been more of a refresher to him, and he'd enjoyed the feeling of raindrops sinking into his pelt, and the mist surrounding him. Now that was over, and Rockpaw was searching for something to do. He glanced at his den and wondered if anyone else would want to play. Probably not... apprentices never played moss-ball. What about sparring? That was considered battle practice, and it no one would think of them as childish if they did it- even the warriors sparred, sometimes. Rockpaw, decision made, trotted into the den, dark tail flicking easily. He glanced around, eyes landing on his older sister. "Hey, Wisppaw. Want to spar?"

Wisppaw was in the apprentice den grooming her fur away from everyone else when Rockpaw padded into. She looked up at her brother with a smile and gave a slight nod. “I would love too.” She mewed quietly at him before getting to her paws and following him out.

Rockpaw gave her a half smile and trotted a few paces away from the den, positioning himself towards Wisppaw. "Great. I hope your self-confidence won't be too depleted when we finish," he teased, though he was uncertain he'd win. His sister had been training longer, but he was a bit bigger and stronger. He crouched down, wide blue eyes narrowing, though still twinkling with happiness. When he'd waited a while, until he felt Wisppaw would be uncertain as to what he'd do, Rockpaw lunged suddenly, feinting to her left and scoring his claws across her right flank in a soft blow. It shouldn't hurt, and if it does, she'll tell me, he thought. Rockpaw ducked away, after giving her a sharp nip on her hind leg, and waited for his sister's move, bouncing slightly on his toes.

Wisppaw didn’t expect it when her brother attacked as quickly regained herself before glaring at him. If he wanted to play it that way than she would play it her way. She ran at him and smacked her paw on his head with sheathed claws and than nipped his side for extra.
