Patchpaws' Secret Mission [OPEN]

Patchpaw wandered through the beautiful flowers, nosing each one he took a big whiff of each flower he came across. When he smelt a particularly lovely one he would gently snip it's stem with his teeth. He slowly built up a pile of colourful flowers, a huge pile of reds, blues and lemony yellows. He was especially proud of the yellows, they had been harder to find.

He found the roots of a tree and dug out a small hollow. As gently as possible he picked up the flowers one by one and hid them at the base of the tree. Not wanting to bury them he nosed a rock in front of the hole so they'd be less conspicuous. He decided to get some more flowers to add to his already large pile, he had to be picky after all.

He started sniffing around some more.

Patchpaw immediately got up, dropping the flowers hurriedly. "Fernpaw! I wasn't doing anything I swea-" he noticed it wasn't Fernpaw. If he could wipe his brow in relief he would've, Fernpaw always managed to find out his secrets somehow. Maybe it was because he always blurted them out to her without thinking. He stared at the other apprentice as they got up.
