The Quiet Ice (Closed)

Swiftpaw was looking around for Icepaw as she wanted to spar with him. She barely spent any time with her older brother so this was the perfect opportunity. She noticed him walking out of the apprentice den and quickly ran up to him with a smile. She thought about how she would tell him but only came up with a few words. She got icepaw’s attention before trying some words out. “Me. You. Fight.” she said with a smile.

Icepaw had barely woken up when he was suddenly approached by his adoptive younger sister. He leaned back as Swiftpaw demanded to fight. He gazed at her with his mismatched eyes, unable to stifle a yawn. "Good morning to you too," he said as he stretched his long, frosty white limbs out in front of him. "So, were you just wanting to do it here? You know I'm gonna kick your tail, right?" he said with a faint smile. Icepaw wasn't exceptionally large for his age, but he was an exceptional fighter, like he'd done it forever. Still, it couldn't hurt to practice.

She shook her head and motioned for him to follow. She headed out of camp and towards the trees. She knew a little clearing where they could spar and not get interrupted.

Icepaw stood and followed after Swiftpaw. As they walked, he kept close enough that his fur lightly brushed hers so that she always knew where he was. He tried to imagine what it might be like to not hear anything at all, but the concept was such a foreign one that he couldn't wrap his brain around it. Icepaw looked around as Swiftpaw led him to an open clearing.

Swiftpaw got into position then looked at Icepaw challenging him to go first.

Icepaw tensed his entire body, then suddenly sprang at his smaller sister. Despite the intensity of their battle, he was careful to keep his claws sheathed and his bites not too hard.

Icepaw used Claws and Teeth against Swiftpaw, for 8 damage.

Swiftpaw smiled but it turned out to be more of a smirk. She swatted her paws at Icepaw and as her attack hit she giggled with joy as she was having a lot of fun.
