my activity has taken a noticeable dip (honestly it wasn’t reliable to begin with), and i’ve decided the best course of action is to leave. it’s hard for me to handle the activity requirements of being a leader, and my muse for my other cats has been drained as well. i may rejoin sometime, but for the foreseeable future i won’t be on. i hate to leave shadowclan with an inactive streak of leaders, but i’m confident cotton & mapleglow will leave shadowclan in good paws.

So I joined this site shortly after all the WCC drama about it, made a character and promptly forgot all about it. Obviously Eggkit has been yeeted into the void, so I'm starting from scratch. I hope Staff doesn't mind me inserting myself back onto the site!

So, I started highschool a couple weeks ago. My sleep schedule is also messed up, like going to sleep at 5 am and waking up 12-1 pm. Having to deal with both of those at the same time was a lot of stress and it caused me to lose motivation to post here. Even when I have freetime and come on this site, I might type up one or two sentences but after that I just stop because I physically can't type anything more. It's like a cycle or a spiral, I'm unmotivated to post and can't do it, the consequences of not posting hit me and make me feel bad, feeling bad makes me unmotivated to do anything. When...

After many months I've finally gotten a new job and am now in the process of packing all my stuff to move so I'll probably be a bit slow or non-responsive on threads. I may remain slow for a while since new job, new place, and all that stuff. And I'll need to figure out how to balance being exhausted from working and using my brain for RPing since I joined here after while unemployed so... We'll see how it goes!

So yeah, I’m going on a week-long vacation, leaving this morning. So I won’t be posting at all. I’ll respond to all the topics when I get home, but I might miss the activity check, just as a warning.

I'm taking a little break from rping until I get my ipad back so from here on out all my cats will be dead. When I come back I will just make a new cat and be my normal active self. I just have a lot going on atm with finding a job and even knowing if my school is opening this year. I'm sorry for everyone who will lose a friend, a lover, a parent, or a mentor. I promise when I get back I will do my best to be active and TRY to keep the characters down lol.

Just a heads up that my fam and I will be taking a lil’ trip from the 29th this month to the 2nd of July!

I'm going camping next week so won't be able to rp. If I need to post in a topic (starting monday) than PM me on here or on discord. My sister is turning 14 so we going camping. Hello peeps. Sorry I've been gone for so long, due to there being a bit of a pandemic I decided to put myself to work and volunteer helping the elderly and vulnerable. I've been doing crazy amounts, delivering groceries, masks I also offered my phone number so if anyone needs to talk they just have to call me.

I also have been having some annoying health issues. I had a consultation with my cardiologist over the phone. I've basically been told I need three operations on my heart but I've not been told when I'll have them so it could been sooner or later. I'm hoping after the pandemic...

hey yall i kind of hecked out of here a while back due to real life becoming too overwhelming for rp... well, with the current circumstances, real life has been cancelled for the foreseeable future due to everything going on. ive been off for two weeks already, and whole the call hasn't been officially made at my job yet, i'm looking at another month... yikes

so im looking for fun things to try to fill the time and figured i would pop in for some casual rp. likely, when things get back to normal, i will probably disappear because fact of the matter is i really cant handle keeping up...

I keep forgetting to post this, I am grounded so won’t be able to roleplay and I do not know when I will be ungrounded so please don’t kill my cats if I can’t do that activity check. You might be wondering what I’m on if I’m grounded, my grandparents aren’t home so I snuck on my iPad but I won’t be able to roleplay still, just wanted to post this. this is,, kind of a rushed announcement and i am quite tired, so i apologise in advance for any strained or strange sentences <3

a few may have noticed, but i haven't been on much in these recent (last 4-ish) days! i had to go on travels and travelled by road for 18+ hours during this...

i've recently started back at school, with it being the last year my first week or so are pretty important and so i'll definitely be doing a lot of school work and not having a lot of energy left for rp. however, i'll still reply! it'll just be a bit slow and maybe lower in quality. apologies in advance and if this is a problem for anyone i currently have a thread with, if so pm me on here or discord! i'll prioritise it and make sure to get back to you asap. thanks!
