FIRST IMPRESSION

The big tortoiseshell-tabby is sunning herself by the fresh-kill pile. Looking up, she catches your eye and chirps a friendly hello. She sits up and asks you if you'd like to share fresh-kill. She follows up saying she hasn't seen you before and asks if this is your first time out of the nursery. After sharing fresh-kill, she tells you that she hears someone calling for you and that she must go on a hunting patrol. She tells you she will be back later and will teach you a hunting pounce if you'd like, before bidding you a farewell.



ABILITIES & SKILLS

CLIMBING

Being a SkyClan cat, Breezebranch has powerful back legs that enable her to jump high and climb easily. Her pawpads are also bred for rocky terrain, so climbing things like the Highstones is practically second-nature

SWIMMING

Not bred for swimming, her thick pelt weighs down heavily in the water. Unlike most SkyClan cats, however, Breezebranch is very adaptable and doesn't mind getting her pelt wet.

RUNNING

Due to her long legs, Breezebranch is fairly good at running. She feels insecure on the moor without the shelter of the trees, though she does enjoy the open breeze it carries. She'd much rather prefer climbing and jumping to running though. Her speed doesn't even compare to a WindClanner's, though she is agile and fast.

STALKING/SNEAKING

Breezebranch is good at stalking prey through undergrowth, though she has a hard time stalking cats, as she gets distracted quite easily and prefers open combat. Therefore, she is awful at sneaking up at others, and her thick pelt doesn't help this cause much.

Energetic and bubbly, Breezebranch is always ready for something new. She readily voices her opinions on things, though is often distraught if her opinions hurt others. Easily distracted and filled with curiosity, Breezebranch goes through life as if she's riding on an air current, or breeze, seeing one thing at a time before moving steadily to the next. Due to this, she often procrastinates and works more slowly. She works best in a pair or group, where others can keep her on task and focused. She has a high respect for all living things and believes in second chances. She's a very quirky she-cat, with habits of her own. She's stubborn on her decisions, and can be a bit irrational at times if her loved ones are part of it. She has a big heart, her loved ones being right at the center of it, which means she is fiercely protective of them. Contrary to that, she feels out of place away from her clanmates and can be seen sitting away from other Clans at a gathering. Once she gets to know you, though she blossoms open and is very friendly with you.

When she was born, she had three littermates. Maplekit, Silverkit, and Spottedkit. Maplekit was born weak, and even with Flowersream's best efforts, she died shortly after. Treeheart, her father became fiercely protective of them, forming an everlasting bond between the two. At three moons old, Silverkit went missing, presumed to have drowned in the Lightning Creek, as tiny pawprints ended there. After Maplekit's death and Silverkit going missing, Flowerstream went through a depressed phase, and Breeze always wondered why mom didn't love them like dad did. After recovering, Flowerstream made amends with her kits. They were apprenticed, and she got Acornmask as her mentor, while Spottedpaw got Oakbranch. Near the end of her apprenticeship, her brother, her, and their mentors went out on a hunting patrol. A fox suddenly attacked them, and cornered Breezepaw and her brother. It flung Acornmask away, and would have killed Spottedpaw, but Oakbranch jumped in the way and was killed. In revenge, Breezepaw and Spottedpaw ended up killing the fox. Breezepaw and Spottedpaw earned their warrior names in honor of Oakbranch, Spottedoak and Breezebranch. In the battle against the dark forest, she lost many loved ones. Spottedoak, Treeheart, and Acornmask all died. One leaf-bare later, her mother died from frost. Despite all this, she remains optimistic, and she hopes to have a family of her own one day, to love them like Treeheart and Flowerstream loved her.

As a young warrior, she found she preferred hunting to fighting and so often joined hunting patrols. It was on one of these patrols that she found a particularly rotten mouse. The pesky creature led her all over her territory, eventually ending up in Fourtrees. As she was springing to pounce, a rustle in the bushes caused the mouse to end its game of mocking her and dive under the Great Rock. Glaring at the bushes, she calls her unseen foe a flea-brain. A charming tom from WindClan, Mudmask, she later found out, stepped from the bushes and apologized, offering to catch another for her. At first, she refuses, hissing at him, but she quickly realizes he has no ill will and accepts his offer. She shows off her jumping ability, Mudmask flirts slightly and then chases two rabbits, killing the weaker one. Breezebranch, in the tree, kills a magpie before pouncing on the second rabbit. They say goodbye and promise to meet again soon.

They see each other at the gathering, and she tells him about Ice, a loner kit she'd found and adopted abandoned in Fourtrees. After several night visits, Breezebranch becomes pregnant with Mudmask's kits. Her adoptive son, whom she met while carrying for Icekit, becomes her apprentice, Lionpaw. She has her kits, and the litter is a litter of six! She names each after something important to her. Maplekit after her sister, Acornkit after her mentor, Lilykit after her aunt, Streamlily, Brindlekit after her mate's sister, Swiftkit after the speed of her mate, and finally Mudkit, after her mate himself. Swiftkit is born deaf. Breezebranch develops a strong bond with another queen, Briarshine, and tells her about her forbidden mate, Mudmask. She develops a motherly bond with her new friend's kits, Smallkit and Sorrelkit. Brindlekit catches whitecough, and is delayed in her apprentice ceremony. The rest of her kits, aside from Acornkit, who shows symptoms of whitecough, become apprentices.

At the gathering, Breezebranch gathers her kits, minus Brindlekit and Acornkit, and attempts to find Mudmask, to tell them about their father. She finds out from Amberberry, a WindClan warrior, that Mudmask is dead. Heartbroken with grief, she struggled to tell her kits. Maplepaw dismissed it, while her other kits were in shock. Acornkit questioned why she told them this, as somethings were better left unsaid. Lionpaw told him that no matter what, he'd always love her.

-she meets Smoke, a rogue and chases him off, bringing Lilypaw home

-She, Briarshine, and Smallpaw rescue Mudpaw from the glittering stones where she'd fallen in

-Smoke kills Sorrelpaw, and Breezebranch attacks him in camp

-Lionpaw becomes Lionflame.

-Brindlekit and Acornkit become apprentices

-She spots Coalpaw at a gathering and realizes the she-cat from ShadowClan is in love with her son, Lionflame

-At the same gathering, she hardcore stares at Brindlestar and tells Mudpaw that is her aunt.
